Within a short driving distance are the quaint villages of Hartland, Clovelly, Appledore and Instow and the historic market town of Bideford. The easiest route to North Devon is from Junction 27 on the M5, and takes the A361 to Barnstaple. Then follow the A39 to Bideford and Westward Ho! When coming by train via Exeter take the scenic Tarka Line to Barnstaple. National Express, together with the local bus network, stops just outside our Village entrance. Airports at Exeter and Bristol are also convenient gateways to the region.
